Boarding Session Information

Brave Arts teaches the skills of musical theatre through teaching songs and dances from a range of musical genres, including musical theatre, pop, rock, country, etc to kids ages 7 to 17*. We focus on vocal, acting and dance technique while having fun with theatre exercises, improv games, and plenty of time to play outside and enjoy summer on the beautiful CSW campus. The boarding session offers the opportunity for extended and challenging lessons and material during the afternoon and evening sessions while providing the joy, bonding and independence of an overnight program. *or entering 12th grade

Friday Performances

Each week culminates in a Friday performance with every performer having their moment to shine with their Brave Arts family. Our goal every summer is for EVERY performer to perform a solo...we haven't failed in 13 summers.

Please note that our performances are not a full production (ie: Annie), but rather a musical revue of a variety of songs and dances that allows us to pick material around each of our kids and allow every Brave Arts performer to have more stage time not limited by a role or script.

The Brave Arts Mission

We welcome kids of all experience levels in our day sessions. Some of our kids are seasoned performers, while others are just exploring and having fun. Our mission is "confidence...one kid at a time." We strive to meet each performer wherever they are in their journey, helping them to grow and challenge themselves at an appropriate pace.

Above all Brave Arts is about fostering a safe community for all to have caring and respectful relationships with kids of all ages. We value kindness, compassion and teamwork and guide our Brave Arts to lead with the Brave Arts spirit on and off the stage, while caring as much for themselves as the community around them.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Sessions may be canceled for a refund minus the deposit until February 1. Any cancellations between February 1 to April 20 will qualify for a Brave Arts credit for future summers or another session in summer 2024. Cancellations on or after April 25 will be non-refundable and non-credited.
