2. Mail check for deposit (50% of tuition) payable to Brave Arts. Please indicate child(ren) names on the check OR separate piece of paper in mailing

3. BY JUNE 1, 2014 send final payment (other 50% of tuition). Any checks postmarked after 6/1/14 will be charged a $50 late fee for day camp and $150 late fee for overnight camp

3 Weeks of DAY CAMP - $1650 ($825 deposit, $825 final OR $412.50 deposit, $412.50 2nd payment, $825 final payment)
4 Weeks of DAY CAMP - $2200 ($1100 deposit, $1100 final OR $ deposit, $ 2nd payment , $ final payment)
1 Week of OVERNIGHT CAMP - $1325 ($662.50 deposit, $662.50 final)
2 Weeks of OVERNIGHT CAMP - $2500 ($1250 deposit, $1250 final OR $625 deposit, $625 second payment, $1250 final)
